Soldiers from Task Force Phoenix - Orion, 3rd Military Information Support BN (A) set up the Blue Sky Mast Antenna to transmit SMS text messages, Sept. 14. The team is here to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency and Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency with getting information out to the islands of St. Thomas and St John after the destruction Hurricane Irma caused on Sept. 6.
