A B-52 Stratofortress lands on the runway at Fairford Royal Air Force Base, U.K., Sept. 14, 2017. The deployment of strategic bombers to the U.K. helps exercise RAF Fairford and U.S. Air forces in Europe’s forward operating location for bombers. The B-52 is scheduled to conduct theater integration, flying training, and joint and allied training to improve bomber interoperability.
