An operating room ran by soldiers of the 162nd Area Support Medical Company, sits empty on Contingency Operating Base Basra on March 15. The room, which used to have two operating tables, now only has one. Which is mainly due to the responsible draw down of forces, and the fact that fewer soldiers are in need of the facility and it’s resources.
