    The Coast Guard Cutter Joshua Appleby, a 175-foot Keeper Class Coastal Buoy Tender homeported in St. Petersburg, Fla., transits en route to the Florida Keys to conduct critical aids to navigation discrepancies and provide support and supplies for Hurricane Irma relief, Sept. 15, 2017.

    The Florida Keys remain without fresh running water after Hurricane Irma caused severe damage to the islands.
