Capt. Greg Cozad, Commander, Task Force 72 deputy commander, briefs Cmdr. Kevin Long, Patrol Squadron 4 executive officer, upon the squadron's arrival to Naval Air Facility Misawa. The squadron has temporarily repositioned in Misawa so it can better expedite relief efforts in Japan, following a 9.0 magnitude earthquake that triggered a massive tsunami off the eastern coast of Japan.
