U.S. Army Pfc. Jeremiah Mullins, a military policeman from Richmond, Va., attached to the 1st Battalion, 26th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Task Force Duke, lead by U.S. Army Sgt. Jeremy Burch, the non-commissioned officer in charge of the TF Duke mild traumatic brain injury reconditioning center and native of Memphis, Tenn., takes part in the exertional portion of his rehabilitation after being diagnosed with mTBI, on March 16. During the this portion of the mTBI recovery process, the affected soldier does simple physical activity in order to get his heart rate up, and see if his symptoms re-occur.
