The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary's Team Mercury, a group that has the ability to function independently and provide backup communications support in a forward area, sets up camp at the Antigua and Barbuda Defense Force's Camp Blizzard, in support of Exercise Tradewinds 2011, March 14.
