The command team for the Virginia National Guard's newly-activated Bowling Green-based 91st Cyber Brigade uncase their unit colors Sept. 17, 2017, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, then present new shoulder sleeve insignia to Soldiers assigned to the Army National Guard's first cyber brigade. Prior to uncasing the colors, former commanders of 91st Troop Command helped the current command team case the Troop Command colors to symbolize the inactivation of the unit.
