Sri Lankan Marines and Sailors practiced applying tourniquets on each other during Sri Lanka Health Engagement (SLHE) 17 at Naval Base Welisara, Sept. 18, 2017. Sailors from 3d Medical Battalion, 3d Marine Logistics Group participated in the engagement as well.
