A 507th Air Refueling Wing KC-135 Stratotanker crew from Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., flew a medical team from the 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., for in-flight training, Aug. 28, 2017. The medical team went through multiple training scenarios on-board the aircraft which can be transformed into an emergency room in the sky to provide lifesaving in-flight patient care during a crisis.
