Members from the Nebraska Air National Guard 155th Medical Group deploy to provide Hurricane Harvey relief in Texas September 2 to 9, 2017 Lincoln, Nebraska. Forty-four Medical Group personnel deployed to Texas to provide assistance and relief medical triage capabilities as a CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-yield Explosives) CERFP (Enhanced Response Force Package). 155th Medical Group medic Staff Sgt. Cody Wyatt prepares essential gauze, bandages and other wound dressing supplies in the Nebraska medical triage site in Vidor, Texas for Hurricane Harvey relief Sept. 5, 2017. Medic Staff Sgt Cody Wyatt continues to prepare the non-ambulatory area for the physicians and nurses Sept. 5, 2017 at the Vidor High school care site in Vidor, Texas. Wyatt is currently a Senior attending Nebraska Methodist College in the Bachelor of Science Nursing program and is scheduled to graduate December 2017. Wyatt and his leadership are working with the college to be able to use this provision experience as part of his clinical requirements needed to graduate.
