Culver, a KC-130J Super Hercules Pilot with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 252, conducts a pre-flight inspection before conducting aerial refueling operations on Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Sept. 19, 2017.
