Col. Glenn Kolin, 103rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command rear operations commander, presents the Legion of Merit to the wife and family of Command Sgt. Maj. John K. Laborde, 649th Regional Support Group, during the 649th Warrior Welcome Home Ceremony in Cedar Rapids, March 5. Laborde died in April of 2010 due to non-combat reasons while serving in Afghanistan.
