U.S. Pacific Command directed distribution of potassium iodide tablets as a precautionary measure. Base officials are stressing there is no indication of increased exposure at Yokota AB. Anyone wishing to receive KI tablets is required to fill out a form, available on the base Website at www.yokota.af.mil under "Japan Relief." One representative over the age of 18 can pick up packets for their entire household between 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. today at Hangar 15. For more information, call 225-7342.
