Jose Acosta, U.S. 3rd Fleet surgeon, gives a brief during the fall Fleet Health Integration Panel held at the 3rd Fleet headquarters on Naval Base Point Loma, Sept. 26-28. The FHIP meets twice a year once on the East Coast and once on the West Coast, and at least once a year virtually to discuss health and medical readiness around the fleet.
