Brig. Gen. Glenn M. Walters awards Sgt. Jeremy C. Cover, an airframe mechanic with Heavy Marine Helicopter Squadron 461, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during a ceremony at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, March 23. Cover was awarded the medal for his efforts during a tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel mission. Walters is the commanding general of 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward).
