Army Spc. Kevin Dulinawka, center, helps pass donated cases of water at a New York National Guard donation collection point at the Connecticut Street Armory in Buffalo, N.Y. Dulinawka, along with other Soldiers of the 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, helped collect donations for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands as part of New York’s support to recovery efforts following Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The New York National Guard has more than 700 Soldiers and Airmen supporting recovery efforts, from forward deployed aircraft and personnel to supporting 14 donation centers across New York State.
