Petty Officer 1st Class Jason Huffman, machinist's mate, originally from Guthrie, Okla., assigned to Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department, Kings Bay, Ga., conducts a post sortie assessment survey of a helicopter assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 14. These checks are being conducted at Misawa Air base to ensure the safety of the crew members and their environment as humanitarian relief missions continue to fly from Naval Air Facility Misawa in support of Operation Tomodachi.
