171001-N-XP44-0009 MANAMA, Bahrain (Oct. 1, 2017) Mine countermeasures ships USS Sentry (MCM 3) and USS Dextrous (MCM 13) are moored pierside at Naval Support Activity Bahrain as a back drop to Commander, Naval Surface Squadron (CNSS) 5’s commissioning ceremony. CNSS 5 will serve as the surface type commander’s executive agent in Bahrain and will provide support to 10 Cyclone-class coastal patrol ships and four Avenger-class mine countermeasures ships.
