Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3's Det. Meerkat attend a daily saftey brief before they begin working on the road repair project here just outside of Camp Dwyer. The Det. has been tasked with three miles of road repair for the camp. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary element of US Naval Forces providing construction, engineering and security services in support of national strategy, Naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
