    Petty Officer 2nd Class Charles Hannah, a Tulsa, Okla. native assigned to Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East, looks through tools in a damaged building at Fuel Pumping Station 2 during dewatering efforts at the site. Misawa-based Seabees are showing progress as their efforts continue to restore the fuel station that was damaged when a 9.0 earthquake triggered a massive tsunami that devastated Japan's eastern seaboard.
