Brig. Gen. Jeff Van, the deputy commanding general of 35th Infantry Division congratulates 1st Lt. Kevin Northrop of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division on earning the expert infantryman badge at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Oct. 1, 2017.
