ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 5, 2017) -- Lt. Thomas Seland, from Orlando, Florida, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department, uses the Moriah wind system to assess and set wind limitations for helicopter landings from primary flight control.
