The U.S. Air Force Honor Guard, The U.S. Air Force Band, and The 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) Caisson Platoon participated in a full honors funeral for U.S. Air Force Col. Robert Anderson in section 55 of Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va., Oct. 6, 2017. Anderson, originally from Battle Creek, Michigan, went missing on Oct. 6, 1972 when his F-4D crashed in North Vietnam. His remains were identified on Oct. 22, 1998.
