Colt Corbin, a native of Beaver Falls, Pa., mortarmen from Company C, 1st Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, Task Force Currahee, achieved a first in the U.S. Army history by firing a 12 0mm Mortar Precision Guided Munition for the first time and hitting within four meters of the target on Forward Operation Base Kushamond, March 26.
