Three AT&T mobile cell phone tower trucks are unloaded from an Air Force C-5 Galaxy after arriving at San Juan International Airport in Puerto Rico, Oct. 2, 2017. The Air National Guard and several federal law enforcement agencies, including the Drug Enforcement Agency, coordinated with the company to transport the towers to Puerto Rico to provide cell phone communications to the island, which was hit by Hurricane Maria on Sept. 20.
