Petty Officer 1st Class James C. Fox, a machinist mate with the Navy Chemical Biological Radiation Nuclear teams part of the III Marine Expeditionary Brigade Air Command Element CBRN monitor and survey platoon, III Marine Expeditionary Force, scans the propeller of a KC-130 Hercules Airplane after it's arrival from Sendai, Japan March 31. The CBRN team will be scanning all equipment and personnel before it is released from Operation Tomodachi.
