The 60th AMW personel use a Tunner 60 k loader to transfer cargo pallets on to a C-5 Galaxy cargo aircraft destined for the Japanese mainland in support of Operation Tomodachi. Indvidual pallets weigh between 3,000 and 5,000 pounds. Travis AFB, Calif., is a major aerial shipping port for cargo heading to Japan. Countless items are needed for the victims of the earthquacke and tsunami.
