Airmen from the 200th RED HORSE Squadron (RHS) prepare pallets to be loaded on a C-17 from the 105th Airlift Wing (AW) October 10, 2017 at the 179th AW in Mansfield, Ohio. The pallets hold a Disaster Relief Bed-down System (DRBS) from the 200th RHS that is heading to Puerto Rico to help aid in the relief efforts after Hurricane Maria. With the unique capabilities and assets the 200th RHS has as a self-sustaining unit that can deploy anywhere in the world within 72 hours, the unit is able to utilize its assets to support first responders and aid workers in the aftermath of the hurricane. The DRBS is a kit which provides basic life necessities such as shelter, latrines and showers and can support up to 300 people.
