Debbie Schroder, command sergeant major and senior enlisted adviser for the 310th ESC and a Bloomington, Ill., native, unfurl the colors of the 310th ESC, marking their commitment to the sustainment mission during the Transfer of Authority ceremony April 1 at Joint Base Balad, Iraq. The 310th ESC took over the mission from the 103rd ESC, a unit from Des Moines, Iowa.
