U.S. Army UH-60 Blackhawk and CH-47 Chinook helicopters assigned to the 101st CAB, Wings of Destiny sling load 15 Humvee's and conduct air assault operations with Soldiers from Alpha Troop, 1st Squadron, 75th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team "STRIKE" from Torch PZ to Golden Eagle LZ Oct. 11, 2017. Aviation and ground forces are constantly training together to dominate the battlefield. The #widowmaker Soldiers executed a follow on Troop situational training exercise enhancing the ability to effectively shoot, move, and communicate on the battlefield.
