An Incident Response Vehicle of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Mobile Emergency Response Support, provides satellite internet and phone service at Ramon Siragusa Field in Manati, Puerto Rico, Oct. 13, 2017, to help disaster assistance teams register survivors for federal assistance.
