U.S. Army MH-60M Blackhawk's assigned to Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) prepare to evacuate a casualty during Assault Support Tactics 3 (AST-3) in support of Weapons and Tactics Instructor course (WTI) 1-18 at Twentynine Palms, Calif., on Oct. 13, 2017. AST-3 is an exercise focused on conducting a noncombatant evacuation operation (NEO) in an urban environment while concurrently providing foreign humanitarian assistance (FHA) to the simulated host nation.
