Forty-five U.S. Air Force and Army civilian and military leaders meet inside the Air Force House, March 22, Victory Base Complex, Iraq. This was the first quarterly conference to discuss manpower and personnel issues face-to-face between the force provider for joint expeditionary tasking and individual augmentee airmen in Iraq, Air Combat Command, and the warfighter, U.S. Forces – Iraq.
