Master Sgt. Erik Clemenson, of the 119th Security Forces Squadron, blocks an intersection April 5 while a sandbag delivery truck convoy drives through the south Fargo area. Clemenson is one of several North Dakota National Guard members manning traffic control points in the area, which allow for quick and efficient delivery of sandbags and flood-fighting equipment and resources to areas most at risk for flooding.
