Maj. Boyd Melson, section chief with the U.S. Army Reserve’s 361st Press Camp Headquarters, offers free boxing tips to Tyler Saracena during the Beacon of Hope Festival Oct. 15 at the National Lighthouse Museum on Staten Island, New York. Melson, a retired pro boxer who won the World Boxing Council U.S. Junior Middleweight championship in 2015, has made it his mission to combat opiate addiction.
