Petty Officer 3rd Class Caleb Baker and Seaman Eric Hofmans, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Detail Horn of Africa, take a hydration break while pouring a concrete wall around the recently completed Ecole 5 primary school in Djibouti. NMCB-74 is deployed to support Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa in building partner nation capacity and promoting regional stability through construction engineering support in accordance with the U.S. Navy's maritime strategy.
