James Cawley, a physician assistant with the 108th Area Support Medical Company, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, provides medical assistance to Amalia Belin, a resident of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, while visiting the Bethany Church Shelter Oct. 16 on St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.
