Maj. Gen R. Martin Umbarger, Indiana National Guard adjutant general; North Vernon, Ind., Mayor Harold “Soup” Campbell; and Brig. Gen. Clif Tooley, assistant adjutant general and commander of the Camp Atterbury-Muscatatuck Center for Complex Operations cut the ribbon during the grand opening of the Muscatatuck Museum, April 7, at Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex in Butlerville, Ind. The museum was created to celebrate the history of the 85-year run of the Muscatatuck State School.
