U.S. Navy Operations Specialist 2nd Class Jacob Owens, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group (CRG) 1 Detachment Guam, mans a navigation watch on a Mark VI patrol boat off the coast of Guam during a training exercise Oct. 18, 2017. CRG-1 Det Guam is capable of conducting maritime security operations across the full spectrum of naval, joint and combined operations.
