ANNAPOLIS, Md., - Soldiers from the Maryland National Guard’s 110th Information Operations Battalion, pose at the entrance to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, following their official transfer of authority, Sept. 16. The Annapolis-based team, known as HOA 9, has deployed for the next nine months to support the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) and is responsible for integrating and synchronizing various information-related capabilities there.
