Jim Ferree, the manager and golf professional at Cherry Point’s Sound of
Freedom Golf Course, tallies the team scores for the participants in the
air station’s annual Single Marine Program Devil Dog Open April 8. “It was
a great day for golf,” said Ferree. “Getting these single Marines out here with their fellow Marines and retirees builds great camaraderie.”
