U.S. FIFTH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS — The 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Battalion Landing Team and Logistics Combat Element conduct a Rehearsal of Concept drill with the United Arab Emirates Presidential Guard, Oct. 18, 2017, prior to the execution of Iron Magic 18. Iron Magic 18 is a Naval Amphibious Force, Task Force 51, 5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade, annual bilateral engagement designed to enhance capabilities in critical mission sets inherent to the U.S. Navy-Marine Corps team operating within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
