Citizens-Soldiers of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard 130th EN Co. and 190th EN Co. work together with the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority in repairing a fissure at the Guajataca Dam, October 26. The 130th collaborates in the transport of crushed rocks to be placed in the affected zone that will serve as filling and foundation for the rest of the works that will take place in the site. The 190th works in the coordination and logistics for the placement of two temporary bridges that would give access to a sector of the district Planas de Isabela.
