The U.S. Coast Guard's Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement Team has been part of Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego since 1933. Their main mission is to deploy aboard U.S. and allied naval vessels to conduct and support maritime law enforcement, such as counter narcotics and terrorism, alien migrant interdiction, maritime interception, counter piracy and homeland security.
