DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Oct. 23, 2017) Steelworker 3rd Class Alisha Silva, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, removes the metal sheeting from a 2,000-square foot roof with a crowbar during the demolition of the building, making way for construction of a new Storage Telecom Facility. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility in support of humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations and to provide general engineering and civil support to U.S. Navy and allied forces.
