Edward Davila, a Water Purification Specialist and Quartermaster and Chemical Equipment Repairer from the 973rd Quartermaster Company, 1st Mission Support Command, conducts maintenance Oct. 30, 2017 on a Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit at Guajataca Lake, Puerto Rico.
