Canadian Army dentist Capt. Tiffany Kisway from Oakville, Ontario performs a tooth extraction in a remote medical humanitarian civil assistance site for Pacific Partnership 2011. One of the challenges that they are facing on the dentistry side of Pacific Partnership is that people in the South Pacific has dense bones which makes it a bit hard to remove the infected tooth. "It’s a really unique opportunity to get, coming from Canada, we would not get that chance often," said Kisway. Things that Kisway really enjoys about her work with Pacific Partnership 2011 is the chance to help people relive pain, that when they leave with a smile on their face she knows that she did her job well.
