Demonstration Squadron “Thunderbirds” return after performing F-16 acrobatic maneuvers Nov. 3, 2017 at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Kelly Field on Port San Antonio, Texas. The Thunderbirds team members perform for the 2017 JBSA-Randolph Air Show and Open House to be held Nov. 4th and 5th. Air shows allow the Air Force to display the capabilities of our aircraft to the American taxpayer through aerial demonstrations and static displays and allowing attendees to get up close and personal to see some of the equipment and aircraft used by the U.S. military today.
