Coronado,California (November 4th, 2017) - Airman Brandon Frush, a native of Syracuse, New York and assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 4 (HSC-4), gives a closeup view of components that need to cleaned to prevent corrosion damaged to the blade fold harness assembly of the MH-60S. Corrosion control is a form of preventative maintenance performed to decrease damage to metal and electrical components as well as extend the operational lifetime of equipment.
